Lumen - Tysons, VA

Lumen at Tysons stands at 865 feet above sea level, representing the tallest point in the Washington Metropolitan area. The striking, panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Tysons Corner, and nearby Washington, D.C., emphasize the strategic placement of this prominent community to act as a bridge connecting nature and the great outdoors to urban living and endless opportunities. Adjacent to the Greensboro Metro Station that takes residents directly into the heart of Washington and towering over Tysons Corner housing a myriad of walkable amenities, Lumen at Tysons is a central hub for entertainment and dining. On-site amenities, such as the 32nd floor rooftop pool and lounge and Jack’s Ranch restaurant on the first floor run by Hell’s Kitchen finalist, Declan Horgan, elicit a luxury resort atmosphere that elevates the experience of multifamily living. An extensive amount of greenery was utilized throughout all exterior amenity spaces to engulf the community in vibrant foliage that immerses residents in nature and is a unique feature for any urban high-rise. These exterior lounge areas were designed to give the impression of being surrounded by nature with numerous trees, shrubbery, and even a community garden to grow flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The utilization of the green spaces within the community and the close proximity to the Greensboro Metro Station further highlights Lumen at Tysons’ dual-functionality as the gateway between luxury, urban living and a scenic escape into nature.
