Our warehousing and FF&E installation partner, Design Expediting Services Intl (DESI), was created by designers - for designers. By partnering with a warehousing and installation company such as DESI, an experienced installation company we have worked with for over 20 years, we have maximum control over timing with the flexibility to accommodate changes in target installation dates. Our experienced team knows how to assess the condition of each piece as it arrives. Working directly with our warehousing team to inventory product upon arrival, our procurement team can address issues immediately to keep installation milestone dates on schedule. Our designers review all items in the warehouse before loading them onto the delivery trucks, and the installation team completes a site visit before installation to coordinate logistics. Detailed coordination and communication with the owner and contractor reveal when circumstances may require innovative solutions.
