As Director of Design at Faulkner Design Group, Claudine oversees the design development of projects, primarily focusing on multifamily. She leads our design teams from initial design concept to construction documents with valuable insight and 25+ years of industry knowledge. She reviews all FF&E selections through to installation, ensuring client satisfaction with quality products, while maintaining the budget. Claudine has led her design teams in creating several award-winning projects, and her dedication to creating inspiring yet functioning spaces motivates our team solve design challenges with innovative ideas and budget-conscious solutions.
Claudine plays an essential role in maintaining client relationships with firms such as Trinsic Residential Group, NTS, Camden, Southern Land, and Legacy Partners. She provides leadership in setting department goals, design standards, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, all the while ensuring our client’s visions are captured with the design for each project. Her leadership responsibilities also include proposals, contract review and negotiations.
Since joining FDG as an intern in 1995, Claudine feels fortunate to work in an industry that allows so much creativity and individuality within each project. She is a graduate of Steven F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Art History.
