The Pinnacle is a 17-story senior living community under construction in North Bethesda, Md., in the heart of the Rockville Pike Corridor. The project will comprise 191 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units above 15,000 square feet of street-level retail, with immediate access to the shops, dining, and entertainment of the Pike & Rose District.
Focused on wellness, connection, and urban living, The Pinnacle will offer a full suite of hospitality-inspired amenities, including a swimming pool, day spa and salon, chef-driven dining, and multiple outdoor terraces. The community culminates with a 17th-floor Sky Lounge that provides sweeping views of the surrounding area.
