Trillium at Tysons is a luxury senior living community located in the vibrant Boro district of Tysons, Virginia, designed to set a new standard for active, engaged retirement living in a walkable urban setting. The high-rise community offers a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, all within a dynamic neighborhood rich with dining, entertainment, green spaces, and access to regional amenities. Residents enjoy a range of destination-style features such as six unique dining venues, rooftop terraces, street-level plazas, garden courtyards, a yoga and wellness studio, salon and spa, fitness center, art studio, and community theater.
Faulkner Design Group provided, Construction Administration services, FF&E specification, procurement, and installation. Our team curated a refined, cohesive interior environment that enhances daily life and supports the community’s luxurious yet comfortable lifestyle. In addition, we delivered construction administration services, working closely with the project team throughout construction to uphold design intent, coordinate installation, and ensure quality outcomes from design through execution.
The result is an elevated community environment that seamlessly blends style, functionality, and experiential richness—supporting residents’ independence, well-being, and connection to the vibrant fabric of Tysons.
