Camden Farmers Market: A Reimagined Space for Modern Living and Operational Excellence

Faulkner Design Group partnered with Camden to transform Camden Farmers Market into a more functional and future-focused environment, enhancing both resident experience and operational efficiency. While the first-floor leasing office remained largely untouched, the former sports court was successfully converted into new residential units, and a Craftwork Coffee bar was thoughtfully integrated to enhance the arrival experience.

The second floor, once home to a fragmented fitness center, unused storage, and a dated movie theater, was fully reimagined into a cohesive amenity level. The new layout features a modern fitness center, vibrant community workspace, and a welcoming clubroom—designed to bring people together and support a balanced, connected lifestyle.

On the third floor, the former game lounge and community workspace were transformed into Camden’s new District Office for Dallas Operations. With controlled access, the updated space now includes private offices, a training room, and a kitchenette, providing a polished, efficient environment that reflects Camden’s operational excellence and commitment to thoughtful design.
