Over 50% of residents will experience depression and isolation during their senior living residency. We can fix this together.
Together we’re exploring unique ways of building innovation and VR directly into the design of senior living communities, and for FDG, this is a natural evolution of the advancements in the design and development process. Rendever offers the most expansive library of experiences, features, and customization options - including through the involvement of family members.

sales and marketing platform
Rendever’s newly launched EnvisionHome™ platform allows interior designers and senior living developers to upload 3D renderings and 360° photographs of their projects so that sales and marketing directors can seamlessly run virtual tours with prospective families and expedite sales even before construction begins.
Operators receive a touchscreen tablet and set of VR headsets, networked together so that sales directors can control the tour from the tablet. This way, the director is able to see exactly where prospects are looking in real-time, allowing them to tailor their sales pitch towards the features of the building that the prospect finds most interesting.
Once the sales and leasing center closes down and the community officially opens, operators can opt to keep a pair of headsets on the EnvisionHome™ platform and continue taking prospects through tours of their communities and offers a free conversion service so operators can switch the headsets over to the resident engagement platform.
Resident Engagement Platform
Guided Experiences for Seniors using virtual reality
A full virtual reality platform specifically designed for the 65+ population. Residents can immediately start using VR to explore the world, check off bucket list items, connect with their family members, revisit meaningful locations from their past, and more.
The platform includes networking technology that allows exploration to be a social experience, so multiple residents share experiences in real time. With a separate tablet control system, caregivers are able to lead the programming while residents focus on the experience, thereby removing the risk of frustration from learning a new, virtual interface.
