Shipping and Handling
Framed artwork is shipped in protective containers via Federal Express. Unframed artwork will be shipped in protective tubes. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the placement of your order for delivery.
Tracking Your Purchase
You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via Federal Express. You will be provided a tracking number via email for tracking at: http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/
When to Expect to Receive Your Artwork
Once we receive your order, will re-confirm the shipping and delivery via e-mail along with your order summary. In most cases, you will receive your artwork in 3-4 weeks. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified and informed of the expected delivery time.
Purchases From Outside the U.S.
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the U.S. and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases. If you are making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in full and someone from our sales staff will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to make a return, simply call us toll free at 1-877-677-DAHL (3245) to request a Returns Authorization Number. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container originally provided, and that you send your return via FedEx. Returns must be insured for their full value with FedEx. The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will credit your credit card or issue you a check for the price of the artwork. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage (see below).
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, call us immediately at 1-877-677-DAHL (3245) so we can have it picked up by Fed Ex. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you call us, we will arrange a replacement. A replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.
