RECEIVING + STORAGE + DELIVERY + INSTALLATION
Adrienne Faulkner founded Design Expediting Services International, a full-service receiving, delivery and installation warehouse to enhance the process and give the design team more control over the quality and assurance of receiving purchases and guaranteeing smooth and seamless installations and a full inventory log to the client.
- Our team of trained procurement and installation professionals provides white-glove service, including:
- Fine art hanging and security mounting
- Careful handling of delicate and antique pieces
- Assembly of products
- Debris removal following project completion
FDG in-sourced these services over a decade ago because of issues with the inflexibility of third party companies, quality control, and the impending construction delays that could wreak havoc for our clients, plus the last minute fees associated with construction not being ready for the installation.
Understanding a changing market and how individuals are marketed to, Faulkner Design Group began filming installs in 2013. In parallel to our marketing we have also been sharing stories about what we do and how we are positively affecting the communities we work within. And now, we're extending those services to our clients, partners, consultants and vendors.
